Dealership Service Apprentice Technician

Build dealership service experience through vehicle inspections, computerized diagnostics, and repairs as an Apprentice Automotive Technician in Spruce Grove, Alberta. This is full time.

AutoCanada’s Parkland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring a fourth-year apprentice for automotive service. The position involves identifying required work, communicating inspection findings, and repairing vehicle systems. Daily tasks may include brakes, engines, electrical components, fuel systems, emissions, cooling, climate control, and exhaust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles through complete multi-point assessments
• Present required inspection items to the Service Advisor
• Diagnose and isolate faults with computerized tools
• Repair brakes, engines, steering, and suspension
• Inspect hoses, belts, plugs, and fuel systems

Requirements:

• Fourth-year Apprentice Automotive Technician status
• Shop or dealership experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use power and handheld equipment
• Ability to meet physical demands, including heavy lifting
