Frac Operators - $2,000 Signing Bonus + 14/7 Rotation - Red Deer, AB
Element Technical Services is seeking Frac Operators to join their team in Red Deer, Alberta. This role involves operating a variety of frac equipment and supporting oil and gas operations in the field. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, team-oriented, and eager to grow their skills with continuous paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Need
- Valid Class 1 driver license with satisfactory driving abstract
- Valid H2S & First Aid Certifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player with good communication skills
