Customer Service Order Management Representative

Support order management and customer service for American Colloid Company in Brantford, Ontario, using accurate processing and clear communication.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage orders from placement through invoicing while building business relationships. The role requires customer service experience, computer data entry, organization, and multitasking. You will coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, Plant Operations, Logistics, customers, and carriers to support timely fulfillment and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, acknowledge, and follow up on EDI and email orders
• Verify pricing, lead times, pallets, weight, fulfillment, and delivery
• Coordinate customer orders with internal departments and Sales teams
• Schedule shipment pickup and delivery appointments with carriers
• Monitor issues, complaints, corrective actions, and customer communications

Requirements:

• At least three years' customer service experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Experience with Oracle and EDI is an asset
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
