Class 1 LCV Linehaul Driver

Drive Class 1 LCV linehaul routes from High Level, Alberta, while serving Manitoulin Transport’s Northern Canadian network safely and reliably.

This Class 1 Full Roamer Driver position covers various northern locations and requires transportation experience, route planning, and regulatory compliance. You will complete deliveries and pickups, manage electronic logs, and communicate with dispatch, customers, and management. Qualified applicants may receive training for LCV or mountain requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 1 vehicles on LCV linehaul routes
• Complete deliveries and pickups safely and timely
• Perform inspections and report vehicle maintenance issues
• Maintain electronic logs and transportation compliance
• Secure loads and verify departure documentation accuracy

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License
• Two years of Class 1 experience for LCV qualifications
• Mountain qualification, with training available
• Criminal record check
• Driver’s abstract
