Facility Maintenance Janitor

Facility maintenance janitorial work at GDI includes detailed washroom service, window cleaning, and surface care across two buildings.

This part time janitor schedule runs Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. Responsibilities cover hard floors, carpets, washrooms, common areas, offices, entrance glass, windowsills, walls, and garbage points. The position requires cleaning equipment use, transportation, and background screening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean washrooms, tile walls, partitions, and floors
• Wash windowsills, doors, glass, trim, and walls
• Perform high dusting and wall washing
• Move between two buildings across the street
• Place building trash in approved collection containers

Requirements:

• Maintain attention to detail and service quality
• Organize work with energy and endurance
• Function cooperatively as part of a team
• Work with minimal supervision and follow direction
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
