Bakery Operations Manager

Lead bakery operations through daily planning, staff management, and market-focused decision-making in a demanding workplace. This permanent role requires organization and attention to detail.

As a Bakery Manager, you will direct, evaluate, and organize daily operations while managing staff and assigning duties. You will study market trends, determine merchandise and services, develop marketing strategies, and resolve customer or supply issues. The position supervises three to four people.

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate
• Two years to less than three years of experience
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Client focus, flexibility, and a positive attitude
