Infrastructure Observability Technical Lead

Lead infrastructure observability at Genpact, focusing on monitoring strategy, ServiceNow ITOM, and hybrid work in Canada. Drive visibility across critical systems.

This Technical Lead defines enterprise monitoring and observability roadmaps for infrastructure services. The role leads Event Management, platform integration, performance optimization, and service health visibility. It also advances AIOps, automation, and proactive monitoring across infrastructure, application, cloud, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define enterprise monitoring and observability strategy and roadmap
• Lead event correlation, deduplication, enrichment, and alert optimization
• Integrate monitoring platforms with ServiceNow ITOM and automation tools
• Implement telemetry and health checks for infrastructure environments
• Establish monitoring KPIs and operational dashboards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a listed technology or engineering discipline
• Proficient English language proficiency at C2 level
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and cloud strategies
• Experience with collaboration, risk management, and people leadership
• CISSP or CCNP certification listed among qualifications
