Learning Enablement Program Manager

Learning enablement and program governance define this Ciena opportunity, coordinating scalable operations, customer training, and early-career development globally.

As Program Manager within GCN Global, you will plan, govern, and continuously improve customer learning and workforce enablement programs. You will translate organizational priorities into program plans, operating processes, measurable outcomes, and stakeholder experiences. The work includes early-career development for Project Management, Network Engineering, and Customer Success pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and govern learning enablement and workforce programs
• Coordinate customer training requests, enrollment, utilization, and certification reporting
• Manage requirements, user stories, defects, testing, and system enhancements
• Track participant schedules, activities, evidence, attendance, and readiness risks
• Maintain calendars, records, content, feedback, metrics, and improvement actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant stated discipline
• Five or more years in program or enablement operations
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Cross-functional planning, governance, risk management, and delivery experience
• Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
