Remote Wireless Customer Service & Benefits

Afni is hiring for a wireless customer service role that can be performed remotely. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with wireless accounts, and may upsell products.

The position includes a 12-week paid training period with consistent 8-hour shifts. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, with 6 months in a call center setting, and can work Sundays through Saturdays between 7:00 AM and 1:00 AM CST.
