Coach high-ticket phone sales at Burly Boyz Moving & Storage while building closers across Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, or Toronto.
This Sales Manager leads a geographically distributed team of Relocation Specialists. The role focuses on consultative selling, objection handling, pricing conversations, and booking moves. Success depends on coaching quality, measurable performance improvement, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach discovery, value building, objections, pricing, and booking requests
- Review recorded calls, quotes, and Closed Lost opportunities
- Provide live coaching on high-value and difficult opportunities
- Develop training, individual coaching plans, and RS onboarding
- Monitor targets, schedules, coverage, attendance, and pipeline activity
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years directly managing salespeople
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams
- Proven results against measurable sales targets
- Strong phone selling, negotiation, KPI, CRM, and communication skills
Build stronger Relocation Specialists through direct coaching, sales analytics, objection handling, and measurable performance accountability.
