The Technical Maintenance Writer designs, standardizes, and improves preventive maintenance programs across manufacturing assets. You will review existing strategies, validate practices against OEM recommendations, and develop practical procedures. The role supports equipment reliability and reduced downtime through accurate documentation, analysis, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize preventive maintenance programs across manufacturing assets
• Review OEM and technical documentation
• Analyze reliability information and equipment downtime
• Collaborate with maintenance leaders, engineers, SMEs, and OEM representatives
• Support CMMS management and maintenance program governance

Requirements:

• Preferred technical diploma or degree in a related discipline
• Preferred five plus years in maintenance, reliability, or technical documentation
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems
• Technical writing, data analysis, and problem solving skills
• Ability to translate technical information into practical procedures
