Weekend Localization Project Manager

Coordinate localization and interpreting projects from Canada, using project management, budgeting, and client communication skills in a fully remote setting.

This full-time Project Manager oversees international language-service assignments from planning through delivery. The work connects clients with freelance translators and interpreters worldwide. You will manage timelines, resources, finances, quality standards, and multiple priorities across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project budgets and client quotations
• Coordinate phases, resources, deadlines, and project delivery
• Track assignments using Plunet project management tools
• Monitor progress, quality, finances, and deadlines
• Respond to clients and resolve freelancer issues

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, business administration, or customer service
• Knowledge of localization and interpreting processes
• Practical knowledge of Smartcat, memoQ, and Trados
• Advanced English and one additional foreign language
• Strong organization, detail, and cross-cultural communication skills
