Senior Proposal Manager Engineering Services

Lead proposal submissions at Allnorth using technical writing, stakeholder coordination, and Microsoft 365 expertise across engineering services. Own the process from kickoff through final delivery.

As a Senior Proposal Specialist, you will manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for Allnorth’s engineering, project delivery, and construction services. You will translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive, and compliant proposals. The work includes collaboration with technical teams, business development, finance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RFP, RFI, and RFQ proposal submissions
• Manage planning, kickoff, coordination, and final submission
• Review bid documents for requirements, risks, and opportunities
• Write and refine clear, consistent proposal content
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across proposal processes

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of proposal development or bid management experience
• Exemplary English writing and editing skills
• Effective stakeholder communication and coordination at all levels
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Word and SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail across multiple deadlines
