Microsoft 365 Technical Project Lead

Guide Microsoft 365 solution delivery with Microserve from a hybrid location in British Columbia or Alberta. Lead technical teams, scope projects, and advise clients.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you own major technical engagements involving SharePoint and related Microsoft platforms. You gather requirements, shape end-to-end solutions, and coordinate implementation with consultants, architects, Project Managers, and client stakeholders. Your decisions connect project strategy to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical lead and assign project delivery tasks
• Create delivery plans and oversee technical milestones
• Resolve issues and remove implementation roadblocks
• Review deliverables for quality and requirements alignment
• Coordinate technical decisions, status, and risk management

Requirements:

• Approximately 8+ years of relevant IT engineering experience
• Proven leadership of technical implementation projects
• Hands-on SharePoint migration and solution delivery experience
• Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, or Power Platform experience
• Relevant Microsoft certifications strongly preferred
