Shape packaging solutions in a full-time Brampton/Vaughan role using technical sales leadership, proposal expertise, and customer-focused judgment.
This Pre-Sales Manager position leads the function that converts customer needs into commercially strong technical solutions. You will coordinate Sales, Product Management, and Quotation resources across complex opportunities. The role emphasizes proposal consistency, risk control, RFP and URS responses, and practical solution development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop specialists, technical sales associates, and quote writer
- Maintain accurate, consistent quotations and proposals
- Lead customer RFP and URS documentation responses
- Prioritize opportunities and update Sales on risks
- Improve tools, templates, processes, and handovers
Requirements:
- Pre-sales, applications engineering, or solution engineering leadership
- Experience in packaging or related B2B industries
- Attention to detail and commercial judgment
- Confident decisions and clear communication
- Practical coaching and continuous improvement focus
