TMS Operations Support Representative

TMS operations support is central to this XTL Customer Service Representative role, combining data integrity, dispatch coordination, and customer communication.

You will help ensure promised transportation commitments are delivered through accurate operational records. The position includes managing loads, appointments, customer orders, and TMS updates. You will also support driver payroll audits and provide delivery information when required.

Responsabilités clés:

• Maintain customer codes, dates, trailer, weight, and seal data
• Check available loads throughout the day for accuracy
• Update Costco appointments according to warehouse requests
• Audit trip sheets against approved guidelines
• Provide delivery information and implement customer reporting procedures

Exigences:

• Strong Microsoft applications, AS400, and Lotus Notes knowledge
• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to work well in groups
