Manufacturing Machine Operator Calgary

Operate manufacturing equipment safely at Carpenter Canada Co. in Calgary, using production schedules, SAP records, and quality checks. This is a first-shift position.

Carpenter Canada Co. seeks a Machine Operator for its Calgary manufacturing plant. You will operate assigned equipment producing components and finished products for internal and external customers. The work includes equipment inspections, labeling, packaging, housekeeping, and basic maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect assigned production equipment before use
• Follow work instructions and daily production schedules
• Operate equipment safely for scheduled manufacturing
• Record production information and maintain SAP records
• Complete quality checks and correctly label finished products

Requirements:

• High school education or GED
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• One to two years of manufacturing experience preferred
