Job description
Support accurate prescription processing and client medication preparation as a Pharmacy Technical Assistant working at a physical pharmacy location.
This position combines prescription verification, database entry, records management, and medication preparation in a pharmacy or drugstore. The assistant also supports workflow, third party insurer billing, payments, delivery schedules, reception, telephone calls, and appointments. French is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter client information into pharmacy databases
- Ensure prescription information remains accurate
- Prepare client medications and maintain records
- Help organize workflow and delivery schedules
- Process insurer billing, payments, calls, and bookings
Requirements:
- French language proficiency
- College or CEGEP education
- Two to less than three years of experience
- Availability for on site pharmacy work
- Experience in pharmacy or drugstore settings
