SGI Licensing Customer Service Representative

Process SGI licensing services for CAA members in Swift Current while supporting insurance, memberships, and accurate documentation. This is full-time permanent work.

CAA Saskatchewan is seeking a Member Services Representative for its customer service operation. The work includes vehicle registrations, renewals, driver licensing, appointment scheduling, and license plate issuance. You will also sell and renew memberships, provide auto travel services, process payments, and maintain records. Strong organization and professional communication are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle registrations, renewals, and driver licensing
• Schedule appointments and issue related documentation
• Provide tour books, trip routings, maps, and insurance
• Sell and upgrade CAA memberships for members
• Maintain files, records, data entry, and payments

Requirements:

• One to three years of work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of insurance sales experience
• Valid Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licence required
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability
