Job description
Help cultivate happiness for Aspira residents in Kingston through fitness programming, special events, and organized leisure experiences.
As a temporary part-time Resident Engagement Assistant, you will contribute to the culture of an Aspira home operated by Sienna Senior Living. The work includes supporting resident profiles, monthly calendars, leisure spaces, and lifestyle wellness experiences. You will communicate with residents, volunteers, community groups, and team members while following established documentation, health, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete leisure profiles for new residents within required timelines
- Assist with monthly event calendar completion and distribution
- Support special events, outings, group programs, and fitness offerings
- Respond to emails within required organizational timelines
- Report incidents, injuries, concerns, and required workplace information
Requirements:
- Passion for supporting seniors’ health, happiness, and lifestyle wellness
- Ability to prioritize fluctuating workloads and meet calendar deadlines
- Land fitness certification and aquatic certification where necessary
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Smart Serve or Serving It Right certificate
