The Financial Analyst serves as a finance partner to the Plant Controller and operational leaders. This full-time permanent position connects plant activity with financial performance through variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Candidates bring accounting experience, analytical curiosity, and practical solutions to cross-functional work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate actual-to-budget and actual-to-forecast variances
• Analyze production costs, inventory, freight, chemicals, and utilities
• Partner with managers on spending, commitments, risks, and opportunities
• Support annual budgets and quarterly forecasting processes
• Convert operating plans into accurate financial projections

Requirements:

• Three to five years’ accounting and financial analysis experience
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, processing, or operational environments
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills manipulating large data sets
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines with quality
