Ruby on Rails AI Software Engineer

Build AI features in Ruby on Rails for Tradervue, working remotely anywhere in Canada with daily Brasília time overlap. Own features from database to production.

SureSwift Capital seeks an experienced intermediate software engineer for Tradervue, its trading journal used by individual traders and proprietary firms. You will build application features, broker imports, integrations, and AI capabilities that help traders understand their trading. The work includes production ownership, monitoring, releases, and fixing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and ship Ruby on Rails features end to end
• Own broker and platform trade imports and integrations
• Develop AI features with evaluations proving their effectiveness
• Share releases, monitoring, and production issue resolution
• Shape tools, tests, and AI-enabled team workflows

Requirements:

• Five or more years building production Ruby on Rails applications
• Computer science degree, related degree, or equivalent experience
• Daily AI coding tool use with careful work verification
• Experience building with AI models
• Strong written communication and end-to-end ownership
