Counter Sales Customer Service Representative

Serve Courtenay branch customers through product knowledge, accurate orders, and responsive counter sales support at E.B. Horsman & Son.

This full-time Customer Service - Counter Sales position is based at 2615 Moray Pl in Courtenay, British Columbia. You will interpret customer needs, troubleshoot issues, recommend products, and maintain order accuracy. The Monday-to-Friday schedule provides 40 hours weekly without weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to incoming branch customers
• Interpret needs and recommend products or solutions
• Prepare quotations and support customer sales
• Assemble orders and maintain accurate stock records
• Assist shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse maintenance

Requirements:

• High school completion
• One or more years of customer service experience is an asset
• Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate respectfully
