Transportation Dispatch Supervisor Mississauga

Lead transportation dispatch and delivery scheduling in Mississauga with Dairy Max, coordinating drivers, office staff, clients, and brokers. The distribution centre role is permanent and full-time.

Dairy Max is seeking a Truck Drivers’ Supervisor to direct transportation resources and commercial loads. You will schedule regional, local, GTA, and province-wide pickups and deliveries while supporting operational profitability. The position also includes load transactions, progress reporting, fleet coordination, and driver training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct schedules using dispatch staff, clients, and brokers
• Schedule transportation teams for pickups and deliveries
• Process load-purchase transactions and follow operational budgets
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management
• Hire and train drivers on safety and company policies

Requirements:

• Secondary School graduation required
• One to two years of truck driving or related experience
• Ability to supervise five to ten people
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Previous trucking industry experience considered an asset
