Afternoon Warehouse Package Handler

Work afternoons handling packages through loading, unloading, scanning, sorting, and stocking. This permanent UPS position runs Monday through Friday from 1400 to 1900.

As a Package Handler, you will support UPS shipping and receiving activities in a fast-paced environment. The work includes executing established package handling methods and moving packages into trailers or package cars. Flexible shift-hour availability, lifting capacity, and postal-code memorization are required for this schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload UPS packages into trailers or package cars
• Execute UPS package handling methods properly
• Scan packages during handling operations
• Sort and stock packages as assigned
• Complete other assigned tasks using heavy machinery when needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes
• Flexible shift availability up to five days weekly
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Availability for the stated Monday through Friday schedule
