Agricultural Service Foreman Swift Current

Lead agricultural service operations in Swift Current with John Deere equipment expertise and a focus on efficient technician scheduling. Pattison Agriculture seeks a Service Shift Manager/Foreman for its dealership.

This position manages, coordinates, and directs Service Department workloads for productivity and customer service. You will coach employees, improve shop flow, support diagnostics, and maintain communication across departments. The role includes backup support for the Service Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign service jobs according to technician skills and knowledge
• Optimize shop efficiency and reduce lost billable hours
• Coach, train, and develop service employees
• Direct machine diagnosis and troubleshooting support
• Conduct safety meetings and encourage safe work habits

Requirements:

• Five or more years performing complex service repairs
• Ag Equipment Tech Journeyperson Certification or equivalent
• Expert mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and diagnostic equipment operation ability
• Availability for flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
