Billing and Order Processing Specialist

This early-career specialist role supports billing, order management, and accounts receivable operations. You will review contracts, sales orders, pricing, invoices, and taxes. The work also includes customer inquiries, period-end reporting, audit preparation, and collections support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and sales orders in NetSuite and Salesforce
• Prepare accurate recurring invoices for timely delivery
• Verify calculations, discounts, and applicable sales taxes
• Investigate billing questions and basic payment discrepancies
• Maintain customer and contract records across appropriate systems

Requirements:

• One to two years of relevant administrative or finance experience
• Accounting or Finance degree study, completion, or equivalent experience
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Foundational billing, collections, and order-to-cash knowledge
• Strong detail, communication, and customer-focused problem-solving skills
