On-Call Regional Training Specialist

Train Hydrafacial customers and providers on devices, treatments, and products throughout an assigned region with extensive travel. Clinical education drives this field-based assignment.

As an On-Call Regional Training Specialist, you will deliver post-sale education and set up capital equipment for aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas. You will partner with Training & Education, Marketing, field sales, corporate, retail, and HFX franchise teams. The work supports Hydrafacial awareness and utilization across regional lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new device installations throughout the assigned region
• Deliver hands-on clinical training for new providers
• Provide refresher training within assigned territory
• Perform treatments for corporate and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate routing, schedules, travel, and training locations

Requirements:

• College degree or Licensed Esthetician credential
• Three-plus years of related esthetics or clinical training experience
• Field-based experience requiring seventy-five percent or more travel
• Knowledge of skincare ingredients and concerns
• Strong organization, follow-up, prioritization, and communication skills
