Service Order Resolution Representative

Resolve customer inquiries for TTI in Georgina, Ontario, using order management, communication, typing, and Microsoft Office skills. This is a weekday full-time schedule.

The Service Order Resolution Representative partners with customer service to address concerns and maintain order-resolution replies within 24–36 hours. The position tracks Order Entry performance, drafts No Charge orders, and supports other order-management activities. It also assists team leads, subject matter experts, and training when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with customer service
• Maintain 24–36-hour order resolution reply metrics
• Track daily Order Entry performance and records
• Draft and fulfill company-wide No Charge orders
• Support training, 5S, safety, and quality improvement

Requirements:

• High School or GED diploma required
• Proficient typing and ten-key skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• AX experience required; HJ experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
