Insurance Business Solutions Analyst

Insurance business solutions specialists in Regina improve systems, processes, and reporting for CLIC. Work hybrid, with two days in the office each week.

This regular full-time Solutions Analyst supports internal teams and external clients across multiple business areas. You investigate issues, translate requirements into practical solutions, and collaborate with business and IT partners. Your insurance business systems experience supports reliable changes, operational continuity, and clearer documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex operational issues
• Identify process improvements using Lean principles
• Translate business needs into practical solutions
• Support planning, testing, implementation, and transition
• Create consistent system and change documentation

Requirements:

• At least three years of business systems experience
• Business systems experience within insurance
• Progress toward LOMA ACS, AHIP, or HIA
• Yellow Belt Lean level or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence change
