Bilingual IT Support Technician

Use French and English communication skills to support Altasciences employees with computers, telephones, software, and mobile devices onsite.

This IT Technician II position provides accurate solutions through phone, email, and automated helpdesk requests. You will document incidents, manage user accounts and profiles, and troubleshoot equipment across company sites. Coaching junior IT technicians and sharing knowledge are central aspects of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems
• Coach junior IT Technician I staff
• Resolve support issues among company sites promptly
• Create and manage user accounts, email, and profiles
• Suggest hardware and software improvements and upgrades

Requirements:

• College degree in an IT-related program
• At least three years of related experience
• Excellent French and English communication skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP
• Strong diagnostic, organizational, and time-management skills
