As a Client Success Manager, you will oversee assigned clients and coordinate with internal Operations teams. You will guide ongoing SEO strategies, lead monthly Zoom sessions, and communicate progress. The role focuses on client satisfaction, engagement, retention, and successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly client strategy sessions
• Plan deliverables strategically with clients
• Coordinate with Operations to measure progress
• Build trusted, long-lasting client relationships

Requirements:

• Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
