Truck Parts Inventory Coordinator

Manage truck and trailer parts inventory for Charger Logistics Inc. while coordinating maintenance schedules and database updates. This role requires organization and communication skills.

Charger Logistics Inc. is expanding its transport operations and seeking a motivated Service and Parts Advisor. You will track parts stock, order inventory, process invoices, and support repair planning. The work helps maintain timely equipment service and truck and trailer compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels
• Order inventory and transfer invoices to accounts
• Help plan repair and maintenance schedules
• Enter maintenance work into the company database
• Coordinate service notifications with the safety department

Requirements:

• Minimum one year as a parts clerk or coordinator
• Valid G class license
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
• Preferred post-secondary education
