Junior Affiliate Account Manager

Review affiliate applications and support account growth at MaxBounty, using communication, relationship-building, and compliance skills remotely or from the office.

As a Junior Affiliate Manager, you will introduce newly approved affiliates to MaxBounty and serve as their first point of contact. The position includes training in performance marketing and focuses on onboarding, campaign research, affiliate support, and compliance. Your work will help affiliates develop their accounts while meeting MaxBounty and advertiser guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct introductory phone interviews with prospective affiliates
• Review applications and approve or decline network entry
• Research campaigns and suggest targeted affiliate opportunities
• Answer inquiries and resolve affiliate issues collaboratively
• Enforce MaxBounty and advertiser compliance standards

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or relevant account management experience
• Experience in sales, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing
• Strong client acquisition and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• CRM experience and strong computer navigation proficiency
