Counter Sales Order Processing Associate

Process customer orders and returns as a Counter Sales Associate with Richelieu Hardware in Mississauga, Ontario, supporting organized pickup service.

Reporting to the Pickup Counter Supervisor, this position handles customer assistance, order entry, credits, returns, and order organization. The schedule runs 8am to 5pm Monday through Thursday, with 9am to 5pm Fridays. Strong time management, communication, listening, and customer service skills support daily counter operations and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer pickup orders and returns
• Monitor pickup orders to ensure proper sequence
• Place customer orders as required
• Pull warehouse orders when required
• Answer telephones and complete assigned duties

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree preferred
• Minimum two years’ similar experience
• Strong time management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Excellent customer service and computer literacy
