Concrete Formwork Carpenter Victoria

Build concrete foundations in Victoria with blueprint reading and formwork carpentry skills. This full-time, in-person position supports Giusti Group projects.

Giusti Group Limited Partnership specializes in concrete formwork placement across major structural projects. As a Carpenter, you will apply at least one year of cribbing or formwork carpentry experience. Your work will include footings, columns, suspended slabs, stairs, elevator cores, and retaining walls. You will also use specialized tools and interpret construction drawings. Safety and collaboration remain priorities on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and set footings for concrete foundations
• Erect and dismantle concrete forming systems
• Construct columns and suspended slabs accurately
• Safely erect and dismantle scaffolding
• Construct stairs, elevator cores, and retaining walls

Requirements:

• At least one year of formwork carpentry experience
• Proficiency with power tools, machines, and hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Personal hand tools and a skill saw
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and completed CSTS training
