Strategic Development Program Trainee

Build business expertise through EMCO Corporation’s four-phase Strategic Development Program, spanning warehouse operations, customer service, sales, and leadership development.

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will learn every aspect of EMCO Corporation’s business. The program covers shipping and receiving, customer transactions, procurement, account management, proactive sales, leadership, and operations. You will develop customer and vendor relationships while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn warehousing procedures, shipping, and receiving
• Support customer transactions at the counter
• Solve customer problems and build vendor relationships
• Develop business through proactive sales and account management
• Coach teammates while supporting operational vision and strategy

Requirements:

• College and/or university degree
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and within teams
