Construction Project Coordinator

Coordinate commercial and residential construction projects on site using scheduling software, project documentation, and strong collaboration skills. Support planning, safety, quality, and delivery.

Ledcor Building seeks a Project Coordinator with one to five years of related experience. You will collaborate with the Project Manager across multidisciplinary projects. The work includes construction documents, drawings, specifications, scheduling, billing, cost tracking, and closeout coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement project safety procedures and maintain OH&S standards
• Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, and change orders
• Maintain drawings, correspondence, filing systems, and project documentation
• Track milestones, schedules, costs, billing, and quality requirements
• Prepare warranties, O&M manuals, turnover packages, and archived records

Requirements:

• One to five years of related work experience
• Construction, Engineering, or related post-secondary education is an asset
• Working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
