Over-the-Counter Pharmacy Associate

Support pharmacy customers in Port Coquitlam through accurate product handling, department zoning, and exemplary service at Walmart. Maintain privacy and presentation standards daily.

As an Over-the-Counter Associate, you assist customers and complete tasks directed by the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager. You maintain modular and feature presentation while following Walmart’s Basic Beliefs and values. The work includes stock rotation, pricing accuracy, equipment calibration, and patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and maintain exemplary customer service
• Rotate stock and check products for expiration
• Zone the department and maintain modular presentation
• Follow ordering, pricing, clearance, and labeling procedures
• Calibrate equipment used in prescription filling

Requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow Privacy Act practices
• Follow direction from OTC and Pharmacy Managers
• Maintain zero pricing errors through scanning procedures
• Keep assigned areas clean and free from debris
