Overnight Duty-Free Store Supervisor

Oversee overnight store performance at Ambassador Duty Free, combining employee relations, merchandise control, and excellent guest service in Windsor.

As a part-time Operations Supervisor, you will help manage the Canadian-side duty-free store at Ambassador Bridge Plaza. The store serves visiting guests with designer fragrances, fine crystal, jewelry, clothing, accessories, spirits, and tobacco. Your schedule is Thursday through Saturday from 6pm to 6am.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guests receive excellent customer service
• Identify customer requirements by establishing rapport
• Oversee merchandise availability through store inventories
• Strategically display items and run sales promotions
• Enforce policies and procedures for compliant operations

Requirements:

• Previous retail environment supervising experience
• Strong employee relations for issues and complaints
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Physical ability to stand and move merchandise
