Shape cybersecurity engineering for TÜV SÜD America in Gormley, covering IoT, embedded systems, industrial environments, and connected products onsite.
This Technical Lead, Cybersecurity position combines technical leadership with hands-on expertise in testing, assessments, and certification. You will support projects involving applications, cloud environments, industrial systems, and emerging technologies. The work includes mentoring engineers, maintaining standards knowledge, and contributing to customer and business discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support assessments for embedded systems, IoT devices, and industrial systems
- Serve as technical escalation point for customer engagements
- Maintain expertise in applicable cybersecurity standards and regulations
- Review technical plans, reports, and engineering deliverables
- Support proposals, presentations, technical discussions, and scope development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field
- Four years of relevant cybersecurity engineering experience required
- Strong testing methodology and secure development knowledge
- Experience with embedded, network, cloud, IoT, and industrial cybersecurity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
