Hotel Sales and Events Coordinator

Drive hotel sales and event coordination for InnVest, using client relationships and group logistics to support exceptional hospitality experiences. Work across sales, events, and marketing support.

This coordinator develops SMERF and Athletic segment opportunities for InnVest Hotels. The position combines prospecting, site tours, proposals, contracts, and client communication. It also coordinates group details through arrival, events, billing, and post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop SMERF and Athletic segment opportunities
• Generate business through inquiries, site tours, and prospecting
• Coordinate rooming lists, payments, meals, BEOs, and final billing
• Lead hotel department coordination for contracted event details
• Contribute ideas to monthly social media content calendars

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in sales
• Supervisory experience desirable
• Accurate CRM and PMS record management
• Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities
