Third Party Vendor Manager

Manage third-party business arrangements in Toronto using vendor governance, risk management, and performance analysis expertise. Work 37.5 hours within TD Procurement & Sourcing.

As Vendor Manager II, you will oversee arrangements throughout the TPML and align activities with TD frameworks, policies, and standards. The work includes sourcing intake, third-party onboarding, financial health monitoring, SLA analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. You will also support transitions, terminations, remediation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage third-party arrangements throughout all TPML stages
• Initiate sourcing requests and complete the TPRA process
• Establish onboarding governance and stakeholder interaction models
• Monitor financial health, performance, SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs
• Document risks, escalate issues, and support remediation plans

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of vendor management and related domains
• Working knowledge of broader related business areas
• Ability to analyze complex problems involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience interpreting policies, standards, and analytical results
• Ability to lead independently and guide others
