PLC Automation Programmer Industrial Systems

Design PLC and HMI controls for industrial equipment with Industrial Contracting Solutions Inc. Commission automation and support safe, reliable systems.

The PLC Programmer develops control programs for electrical machines and systems while commissioning new equipment. This position uses ladder logic, instrumentation, industrial hardware, and software. You will work with customers, project teams, mechanical designers, and electricians to complete automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, set up, and commission industrial automation equipment
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and instrumentation programs
• Read electrical schematics, panel wiring, and ladder logic diagrams
• Modify control panel wiring for new and existing equipment
• Commission Ethernet IP, Fieldbus, RS485, and RS232 networks

Requirements:

• Three to five years of hands-on PLC programming experience
• Experience with ladder logic, HMIs, VFDs, and automation
• Experience with Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, and Automation Direct
• Robotics and Automation Technology education or equivalent training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
