Cintas Business Development Sales Representative

Represent Cintas in Hamilton by developing new B2B business, presenting facility solutions, and managing customer conversations through closing. This full-time role combines office and field sales.

Cintas is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for its growing Outside Sales team. You will support customers’ facility services needs while applying the Cintas Sales Training Program. The work emphasizes cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing. Success includes qualifying leads, using CRM tools, and consistently meeting quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospects and develop territory opportunities
• Qualify leads for facility services solutions
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and demonstrations
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close new business
• Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and daily territory travel ability
• Monday and Wednesday office work until noon
• Friday office work until 10:00 a.m.
• MS Office, internet, intranet, and CMS proficiency
