Cannabis Production Cell Lead

Lead cannabis production activities at Auxly on the PM Shift, using task assignment, batch documentation, and line clearance skills. Work within one assigned cell.

This senior frontline position supports Intermediate Production/IT, Printing/PP, or Packaging/FG. You will connect the cell floor with the Production Supervisor while managing assignments, records, and shift reporting. The work supports Auxly cannabis products for medical, wellness, and adult-use markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign staff to tasks within the production cell
• Follow Supervisor schedules and production priorities
• Complete Sage data entry for material and labour tracking
• Prepare and complete batch records
• Perform line clearance and report shift outputs

Requirements:

• Relevant cell or similar manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to BOM, product, and artwork verification
• Careful approach to batch documentation and completion
• Comfort with ERP or MRP data entry systems
• Reliable, proactive approach to flagging issues
