Assistant Retail Store Supervisor

Support Little Burgundy store leadership in Burnaby through sales coaching, daily operations, and full-service customer experiences at Metropolis at Metrotown.

The Sales Lead assists store management with operational execution and personal and store sales goals. This position supports a successful sales team through training, feedback, coaching, and accountability. During management’s absence, the Sales Lead supervises store operations and loss prevention practices while communicating store needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations during management’s absence
• Manage loss prevention practices when required
• Communicate store needs to store management
• Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly
• Complete assigned tasks and required training

Requirements:

• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail
• Willingness to learn and complete training
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift
• Must be at least 18 years old
