Construction Supervisor Outdoor Work

Apply construction supervision and worker-training experience with Regehr Excavating Ltd. across various Fraser Valley locations. Work takes place outside in all weather.

This Construction Site Foreman position focuses on coordinating construction activities and supporting project delivery. You will work with supervisors or managers, arrange worker training, requisition supplies, and address problems affecting productivity. The position also includes supervising apprentices, helpers, and laborers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule construction worker activities
• Help train workers or arrange required training
• Recommend personnel actions including hiring and promotions
• Coordinate work activities with project leadership
• Resolve site problems and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Two to three years or more construction supervision experience
• Previous team leader experience in construction settings
• Construction safety training capability
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Experience supervising apprentices, helpers, or laborers

Use construction leadership, training, coordination, and problem-solving skills to support Regehr Excavating Ltd. field operations.
