Manufacturing Inventory Analyst

Use strong analytical skills and attention to detail to support inventory accuracy at Magna Exteriors. The position is regular and permanent.

This Cycle Counter role supports efficient production and customer delivery requirements through reliable inventory information. Responsibilities include analyzing reports, maintaining records, verifying assembly reporting, ordering expendable packaging, and preparing valued inventory reports. You will conduct counts, resolve discrepancies, support month-end duties, and participate in continuous improvement. Candidates need Grade 12, manufacturing experience, computer capability, communication skills, and effective problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, accurate inventory information supports production
• Verify assembly department reporting and maintain inventory records
• Order expendable packaging and keep stores healthy
• Prepare general month-end valued inventory reports
• Support weekend rotation or overtime when necessary

Requirements:

• Completed minimum Grade 12 diploma
• At least one year manufacturing environment experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively
