Paladin Security seeks a Security Manager to oversee daily operations at one of Burnaby’s biggest and busiest shopping centres. The position requires leadership, organization, and multitasking, alongside expertise in incident management, safety compliance, and client communication. You will guide supervisors and team members while maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily security operations and policy compliance
• Review investigations, complaints, and service concerns
• Coach supervisors and develop team members
• Maintain safety, contractual, and service requirements
• Communicate with clients and provide operational recommendations

Requirements:

• Five years of security experience minimum
• Two years in supervisory or leadership roles
• Knowledge of incident investigation and emergency response
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with Genetec, Avigilon, and Microsoft Office
